Salary Range:  $63,052 to $93,049
FLSA Status:  Exempt
Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Summary

The Registered Nurse I (RN I) plays a key role within the Baylor Medicine Comprehensive Healthcare Clinic's concierge and executive programs. This role provides direct patient care, supports clinical operations, and coordinates services for high-touch patients including corporate clients and Baylor leadership. The RN I collaborates closely with physicians, wellness teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality care experience in a concierge setting.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to adapt in a high-touch care model, and the initiative to contribute to team-wide care planning and strategy. The RN I may serve as a clinical liaison and is expected to uphold Baylor College of Medicine's (BCM's) standards for professionalism, patient care, and operational excellence.

 

This position is located in The Woodlands, TX.

Job Duties

  • Supports in-office procedures, sets up equipment, and administers medications as directed.
  • Coordinates patient referrals, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Manages incoming MyChart messages and provides telephone triage.
  • Documents patient interactions in the EMR and assists with maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Provides patient education and acts as liaison between patients and physicians.
  • Participates in quality and safety initiatives as a clinic lead.
  • Assists practice manager in daily operational planning.
  • Supports team communication and problem-solving across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • No experience required.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of Texas Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a concierge, executive health, or ambulatory care setting.
  • Strong Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiency, MyChart management, and coordination skills.
