Summary
Dr. Zhao's Lab at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, is recruiting for postdoctoral researcher positions. The lab focuses on studying the neurobiology of interoception, which involves understanding how our body senses and processes internal cues. Researchers will employ a variety of advanced tools from neuroscience, immunology, genetics, and physiology to explore these processes. Ideal candidates will have backgrounds in neuroscience, immunology, bioinformatics, or related fields and are expected to contribute to and benefit from collaborative research efforts.
Candidates should have a strong commitment to scientific excellence and be willing to engage in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment. The lab offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge research projects that have the potential to impact the understanding of neurobiological processes significantly. Applicants who are innovative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, will thrive in this dynamic research setting.
Baylor College of Medicine typically follows similar to the NIH stipulated stipend guidelines for Postdoctoral Associates.
