Summary

The Postdoctoral Associate are trainees working in an apprenticeship capacity in preparation for a career as a scientific professional.

Job Duties

• Evaluates and analyzes data.
• Establishes new research protocols and procedures.
• Summarizes research findings and present data at meetings and publish results in research journals.
• Interacts with research team
• Supervises research staff.
   

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or Ph.D. in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.
• No experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates should have Ph.D. in life sciences and motivation for high-quality research. Experience with genetics and high level analysis of gene sequencing is preferred.
• Prior experience in the following areas is preferred: transcriptome profiling and combining multiomic data.
• Excellent (written and verbal) communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
