General Job Duties
• Conduct high-impact, externally funded research in developmental neurobiology, cardiorespiratory physiology, and sudden unexplained pediatric death (SUDP).
• Contribute to the academic and scientific mission of the Department of Neuroscience and the Isabel Davis Center for Safe Children (IDCSC).
• Mentor and train graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and undergraduate researchers in laboratory techniques, scientific analysis, and professional development.
• Collaborate across departments and institutions to advance translational research initiatives related to SIDS, neurodevelopment, and autonomic regulation.
• Participate in institutional service activities, including committee work, academic events, and community engagement.
