Summary
The Division of Neurosurgery is seeking a Intern/Aide for the summer. Interns will obtain training in single-cell transcriptomics, computational modeling, and machine learning approaches for studying T-cell functional states and hands-on experience with large-scale datasets (Perturb-seq), transformer-based models, and bioinformatics pipelines in Python (Scanpy, scVI-tools). After completion of the internship, Interns will understand computational frameworks for modeling T-cell perturbations and immune states Gain experience in single-cell data analysis and interpretation Develop skills in machine learning applications in immunology and cancer biology.

Minimum Qualifications
