In this position, you will strategically partner with hiring managers on the recruitment and selection process for approximately 60 requisitions.  You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, recruiter phone screens, and offers, to the post-hire processes.  


This is a fast paced and high volume role that often requires the recruiter to manage in excess of fifty or sixty open requisitions at any given time. It is expected that candidates have experience in this type of recruiting and a passion or interest in hiring the best qualified candidates for BCM. You must have excellent communication skills and be very organized.

We support the flexibility to work remotely three days per week and two days in the office.  

Job Duties

  • Using departmental position descriptions and strategy calls, collaborates with hiring managers to identify hiring criteria and draft detailed, accurate job postings.
  • Manages job postings on internal and external career sites.
  • Assists departments in developing screening questions, screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Partners with hiring manager to determine strategies for finding qualified applicants.
  • Oversees the entire recruitment process for roles within their mission; including posting positions, sourcing candidates, background verifications and job offers.
  • Collaborates with International Services team to facilitate employment offers to foreign national candidates.
  • Counsels hiring managers and HR Coordinators on appropriate interview questions.
  • Phone screens applicants and provides recommendations to hiring managers based on the outcome.
  • Partners with hiring managers and key stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve recruitment-related issues.
  • Partners with senior-level Associates to provide strategic direction and process/system changes to improve recruitment of roles within the specific, assigned mission.
  • Works to determine alternative methods and external sources to attract qualified candidates.
  • Ensures that service expectations are met or exceeded; actively participates in ongoing recruitment improvement efforts.
  • Participates in system testing and upgrades to recruitment module. 
  • Assists departments with recruitment module related questions.
  • May provide guidance and assistance in training and reviewing the work of entry-level employees.
  • May lead parts of less complex recruitment projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with employment related laws.
  • High volume recruitment experience.
