Summary
The Supervisor, Clinical Operations is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation of the clinic by overseeing support staff, facilitating process improvements, and ensuring adherence to administrative and clinical policies. This role plays a key part in monitoring workflows, improving patient access and satisfaction, and supporting clinic-wide performance initiatives aligned with leadership objectives.
This position is essential to the day-to-day success of a concierge-style clinic, supporting a unique patient population that includes executives, high-profile individuals, and Baylor leadership. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with elevated expectations for service and discretion.
In addition to traditional supervisory responsibilities, this role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility in problem-solving, and a proactive approach to workflow management. Candidates with prior experience in a concierge, executive health, or high-volume ambulatory clinic setting will be best suited for this role. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and suooort a multidisciplinary team are key to success.
Job Duties
- Oversees daily clinical operations to ensure consistent, patient-centered workflows.
- Supervises professional and support-level staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Coordinates staff schedules and daily assignments.
- Prepares and analyzes operational reports to support clinical goals and strategic planning.
- Implements process improvement initiatives related to patient access, experience, and efficiency.
- Ensures compliance with clinical reporting, compensation plan metrics, and practice standards.
- Coordinates daily staffing coverage and workflow for concierge and executive care services.
- Supports implementation of patient satisfaction and access initiatives tailored to high-profile patient populations.
- Serves as a point of escalation for front-line operational issues.
- Collaborates with clinical leadership to maintain performance metrics and operational goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Three years of relevant experience.
