Job Duties
  • Partner with department Quality Assurance Team to decrease scheduling and registration errors.
  • Partner with clinical leadership to monitor growth and opportunities to improve patient experience.
  • Responsible for monitoring set employees.
  • Understanding of software used in call center for scheduling, registration, and taking monitoring calls
  • Present professionalism at all times.
  • Maintains employee records of attendance and counseling.
  • Tracks employees' weekly work performance.
  • Assures supplies and equipment are available for working needs.
  • Monitoring staffs performance to produce daily productivity to reach college wide bench marks.
  • Handles patient complaints and inquiries.
  • Runs queries on EPIC system.
  • Maintains and monitors EPIC system for scheduling to facilitate patient flow.
  • Provides coverage and relief to any area in need.
  • Responsible for  holding monthly meetings with immediate team.
  • Supervise 15-20 employees and manages the recruitment and development processes. 
  • Responsible for managing college productivity results by regular monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.    
  • Required: Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • Direct supervisor experience of large groups.
  • Medical and call center software experience.
  • Three years of call center leadership experience.


  • Demonstrated proficiency with scheduling, registration, 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.


  • Ability to identify performance needs and skills to monitor and improve staffs growth
