Title: Senior Program Management Associate
Summary
The Senior Program Management Associate will oversee the administration of the NIH All of Us Evenings with Genetics Research Program in coordination with the Project Directors and entire program personnel. Specifically, this position will facilitate and coordinate the various working groups related to the program (recruitment, summit planning, and SEED awards). Additionally, this position will perform all financial activities, financial and operational reporting, and supervise the program coordinator and volunteers.
Job Duties
- Plans, implements, and oversees the NIH All of Us Evenings with Genetics Research Program and activities, to include
- facilitate hiring and onboarding of new program staff and communication across working group leads
- Ensures program aligns with and meets compliance of the All of Us Research Program guidelines; may provide
- guidance and leadership in the process
- Organizes and oversees All of Us Biomedical Research Scholar's Program recruitment efforts, including screening
- applications, creating brochures and marketing materials, and attending recruiting events
- Provides content development support for programs and activities (includes monthly NIH reports, marketing
- materials, program applications, etc.)
- Assists with strategic planning initiatives and process improvement efforts (SEED grant applications, grant reports and
- renewals)
- Drafts, reviews, and updates operations policies and procedures; recommends improvements
- Performs financial management activities, including financial analysis and forecasting, financial reporting, or grant submission/post award administration (includes administrative oversight for seed award applications and disbursements)
- Supervise program coordinators and volunteers
- Participates in national NIH All of Us Research Program meetings
- Administrative-ensuring all BCM and NIH policies and procedures are adhered to
- Operational-overseeing and coordination of operations of the program; including reporting
- Financial-overseeing all financial related tasks; including reporting
- Supervisory-supervising the program coordinator and any volunteers related to the program
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD
- Knowledge and experience with grants and grants administration
- Ability to work flexible hours due to program events and activities
