Salary Range:  $57,320 - $67,435
FLSA Status:  Nonexempt
Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Summary

The Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) and Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH), Department of Pediatrics – Critical Care Medicine (CCM) is comprised of a multidisciplinary team of attending critical care physicians, advanced practice providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants), post¬doctoral fellows, and research support personnel committed to the care of patients suffering from a life-threatening illness or injury.

 

The Division of Critical Care Medicine is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time role as Senior Coordinator, Business Operations to support the Intensive Care Units (ICU) faculty, staff, and trainees. 

Job Duties

 

  • Coordinates the day-to-day business and financial processes in support of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CICU) faculty.
  • Schedules interviews on behalf of the hiring managers and supported faculty.
  • Creates and maintains Voyager accounts on the TCH platform. 
  • Monitors financial activity by compiling, reviewing, and reconciling financial accounts. 
  • Reviews expenditures from fund sources to verify accuracy, need, and compliance.
  • Processes bi-weekly supplemental payments for faculty. 
  • Assists with onboarding faculty and staff.
  • Coordinates department meetings, events, retreats, and other functions. 
  • Provides additional support to faculty as needed. 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Admin experience in a hospital or higher education setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
