This role manages the following educational ACGME and TMB approved programs: Vascular Surgery Integrated, Vascular Surgery (Independent), Surgical Critical Care, Pediatric Surgery, and Abdominal Transplant Surgery. The role also maintains ACGME and TMB compliance for all programs, manages MedHub onboarding, offboarding, evaluations, payslot allocations, and rotation schedules and any other apsects as directed. The Senior Coordinator, Program Management leads Program development, develops educational curriculum for its programs, and manages recruitment for its programs in compliance with GME and NRMP.

Job Duties

  • Develops and schedules curriculum for its educational programs. Manages website and recruitment for programs in compliance to NRMP and AAMC. (25%)
  • Leads Annual Program Evaluation committee and Clinical Competency Committe meetings with program directors. (25%)
  • Daily communication and tasks with trainees in management of its programs. (10%)
  • Develops and maintains program handbooks and guidebooks as applicable. (10%)
  • Maintains MedHub in all aspects for its programs.(10%)
  • Develops evaluation assessment of the program if needed. (10%)
  • Develops educational programs with innovation in today's learning environment for advancement in educational training. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Computer skills.
  • Highly efficient in communication and writing skills.
  • Positive consumer skills needed.
  • Organized and task driven with positive, efficient delivery.
