The Occupational Health Department  at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a reliable Senior Coordinator to take incoming calls from employees. The Senior Coordinator will be able to think on his or her feet, while  being able to communicate with employees from all levels, both verbally and in written correspondence. Being adaptable to change and willing to  follow instructions and training with a positive attitude is a plus. 

Job Duties

  • Receives the OHP Traffic Report and upload it to OHP Call Center Dashboard.
  • Answers calls from Baylor College of Medicine Employees - answering questions and advising on necessary next steps. 
  • Schedules BCM Employees for COVID-19 Testing. 
  • Enters COVID-19 positive reports into BCM Contact Tracing Power App and Employee EPIC Chart. 
  • Tracks emails to the Occupational Health Inbox and OHP COVID-19 Inbox and responding to employee questions. 
  • Responds to messages in AMBS Call Center Box. 
  • Works on the BCM COVID Vaccine App - entering employee attestation information and approving/rejecting employee exemption requests. 
  • Provides training to staff as needed.
  • Works on the BCM Flu Vaccine App - entering employee attestation information. 
  • Releases employee medical records after request is received. 
  • Conducts weekly OHP Call Center Dashboard Report and providing this Report to OHP Management.
  • Reports to Dr. Kelaher the need for Contact Tracing to be done after information is entered into the app. 
  • Cleans bi-weekly Contact Tracing App. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma  GED.
  • Three years of relevant experience.
