Experienced Senior Coordinator, Executive Support needed to support the VP of Supply Chain Services and staff. In addition to providing general administrative support, must be comfortable with creating PowerPoint presentations, working with Excel spreadsheets, and managing HR related tasks (i.e. staff management and communication, Success Factors work flow). Ability to provide regular KPI performance reporting and skilled in Contracts and document management. Professional demeanor with excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the day-to-day business and financial processes. Budget management and HR coordination. 
  • Generate reports for Supply Chain leadership related to both major College projects and daily operations. 
  • Schedule mission related, department, and supplier meetings. 
  • Submit positions for approval through the position management process and coordinates recruitment efforts. 
  • Process personnel transactions in SAP Success Factors. 
  • Route supply chain contracts through the contract review process. 
  • Manage and updates Supply Chain documents. 
  • May contribute to Key Design Decisions (KDD’s) for College project(s). 
  • Key Design Decisions (KDD's) for Supply Chain on Mosaic. 
  • Schedule Mission and Dept. meetings as well as supplier meetings. 
  • Regular KPI Reporting. 
  • HUB Spend report filing with government entities. 
  • SAP report creation on spend, supplier mix and Hub Spend.  
  • Prepares PowerPoint presentations. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.


  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
  • Financial and Supply Chain Management experience a plus.
  • Self-starter with ability in managing day-to-day activities with little or no guidance.
