Job Duties
Campaign Support:
- Assists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Monitors campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Supports organic social media initiatives by collaborating with interns and providing necessary resources.
-ontent Support:
- Assists with the creation and management of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinates with teams to optimize content for the website, with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
Digital Marketing:
- Assists with online advertising efforts, including paid search, social media, and email marketing.
- Supports SEO initiatives by providing additional content or keywords as directed.
- Learns and utilizes new digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance marketing campaigns.
Event Coordination:
- Supports the planning and execution of community events, such as wellness fairs, local festivals, and other outreach opportunities.
- Coordinates logistics for marketing booths, signage, and promotional materials.
Public Relations & Communications:
- Assists with media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating outreach efforts.
- Aligns with internal teams to ensure communication strategies are consistent and effective.
Market Research:
- Conducts basic research on competitors’ marketing activities to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Compiles and present findings to the marketing team for strategy discussions.
- Administrative Support:
- Assists with budget tracking for events and campaigns.
- Maintains an organized inventory of marketing materials, ensuring timely updates and restocking.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Health or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent time management skills.
