Title: Senior Coordinator, Business Operations
Job Duties
- Provide support to faculty under the direction of center administrator.
- Create shopping carts for supply ordering and Purchase Orders for vendors, and subawards.
- Work directly with vendor and Baylor Finance Team on invoicing.
- Submit reimbursements in Concur.
- Maintain calendar, schedule meetings, and organize itineraries for visitors, escorting them to appointments.
- Compose correspondence for both PIs and format presentations.
- Maintain membership lists and other relevant webpages.
- Provide support to DDC members by fielding inquiries and distributing announcements as needed.
- Compile and maintain a variety of spreadsheets including member databases, publications, usage reports, and financial or grant activity.
- Assist with the organization of weekly GI Research Forum, including virtual access and in-person set-up.
- Help organize and manage logistics for annual scientific symposium.
- Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for monthly and annual committee meetings.
- Assist with annual pilot feasibility award program, including disseminating announcements and award disbursement and tracking.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with grant administration a plus
