Job Purpose

BIPAI seeks highly qualified candidates for the role of Senior Coordinator, Business Operations. This position will provide daily administrative and operational support while assisting in writing and preparing materials that effectively promote BIPAI and ongoing programs. This individual, in coordination with BIPAI Management, will prepare information for a variety of initiatives including internal and external audiences. Must demonstrate excellent writing and research skills and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to tight deadlines.

Job Duties
  • Coordinates enrollment and updates to online education platform
  • Maintains updated content for BIPAI website
  • Promotes program activities and outcomes through the website and approved channels
  • Coordinates and/or contributes to the scheduling, organizing and execution of BIPAI meetings, events and conferences
  • Coordinates information gathering for internal and external reports
  • Prepares talking points, briefing materials, memos, PowerPoint presentations, official cables, and other correspondence
  • Provides excellent editing and proofreading with the ability to catch spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, formatting issues, graphic alignment while reviewing a variety of content to ensure uniformity and conformance with BIPAI, BCM and TCH guidelines
  • Assists in travel planning and reimbursements for program activities
  • Tracks and monitors progress toward specified project objectives; recommends modifications to methods or procedures as required to redirect activities and ensure that objectives are met for the team
  • Supports development of databases, marketing materials, fundraising and social media strategies for projects
  • Supports funding research and prepares proposals to government agencies and private foundations
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: Four years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communications skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and have the ability to meet deadlines in an extremely fast-paced and collaborative environment.
