Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Summary

The Department of Medicine is seeking to add a staff member to its human resources support team. This team member will be responsible for supporting multiple divisions of the Department of Medicine with position management, physician on-boarding, credentialing, and faculty appointments. The role will support other human resources operations needs as well. 

 

Position is located in Houston, TX in the Texas Medical Center. Position has opportunity to be hybrid after a 90 day training period.

Job Duties

  • Using SuccessFactors, position will be responsible for position management within the assigned areas.
  • Responsible for physician credentialing in both the Baylor MedCare process as well as the affiliate hospitals.
  • Makes SuccessFactors entries such as supplemental payments, compensation changes, terminations, and RIFs.
  • Supports the general human resources needs of the Department of Medicine through monitoring the central email alias. Duties might include created SGA accounts, creating positions for other divisions, and supporting division coordinators with human resources questions.
  • Role will mentor or train new coordinators on SuccessFactors and Human Resources processes.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.
