The ideal candidate should have revenue cycle experience, the ability to address complicated patient accounts, and the ability to coach and assist team members.  Must have the ability to work independently and be highly accountable for meeting customer service standards.  The be a key member of the team who can juggle competing priorities to bring accounts to closure by working with the follow up team, departments, and customer service team members.


This is a hybrid position which will split time between the office (Greenway location) and home.  

Job Duties

  • Provides assistance for customer service team members to bring accounts to closure.
  • Assists with distributing accounts to the proper work queues, helps to identify issues, and resolve issues related to the revenue cycle.
  • Provides daily task to keep accounts moving.
  • Reviews and approves daily statements, answers patient emails, voicemails, and process correspondence.
  • Monitors and comments abut team daily productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in related field.
  • Revenue cycle experience.
  • Team player that understands the revenue cycle.
