Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join our research team focused on the development and preclinical evaluation of GPC3-targeted CAR T cell therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basic science, including experience with RNA sequencing data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in molecular biology techniques and in vivo animal models is essential. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a translational research program aimed at advancing novel immunotherapies for solid tumors.

Job Duties

  • Advances our GPC3-targeted CAR T cell project through preclinical and translational research efforts.
  • Performs and analyzes experimental data related to CAR T cell therapy, including molecular biology assays and flow cytometry.
  • Manages and maintains the murine colony, including conducting survival studies and analyzing outcomes.
  • Coordinates with core facilities and collaborating laboratories to support ongoing experiments and data acquisition.
  • Assists in obtaining and processing human tumor samples from surgical cases.
  • Contributes to the translational development of the project, including preparation for an eventual clinical trial. 
  • Interfaces with the Clinical Trial Support Unit to support trial coordination and ensure compliance with study protocols.
  • Assists with the collection, processing, and analysis of biospecimens from clinical trial participants. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • MD or Ph.D. in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.
  • No experience required.
