The Department of Medicine - Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine is seeking an Assistant Professor to serve as a Lung Transplant/Advanced Lung Disease medical provider for the Transplant/ALD unit at Baylor St. Luke's Hospital in the Texas Medical Center.

 

  • This position will provide staffing for transplant/ALD patients in Baylor St. Luke's in the Texas Medical Center.
  • Provider will have direct patient care responsibilities for patients in the critical care unit(s).
  • Provider will participate in quality care improvement initiatives.

 

The Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine section within the Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine is focused on patient care including transplant services at Baylor St. Luke's Hospital in the Texas Medical Center.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education required: M.D.
  • Required: specialization in Lung Transplant/ALD
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and a track record of excellent clinical performance.
  • Scholarly enthusiasm
