Seeking part-time passionate general pediatric or family practice candidates for southwest Houston clinical site.
Academic General Pediatrics seeks a MD or DO to join its team of general pediatricians, complex care physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse care coordinators, care coordination assistants and others providing primary care, consultations, and care. While primarily responsible for direct clinical care, this position would also involve research, advocacy, and education for families, health care professionals, and others.
The ideal candidate would have the ability to work well with parents and a multidisciplinary team is essential, as is a passion for working with children and youth with medical complexities and those in underserved communities.

Minimum Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O.,
- Preferred: The applicant should have successfully completed a Pediatric residency program and at least three years of clinical experience in Pediatrics.
- Preferred: At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in Pediatrics.
