Title:  Pediatric & Adolescent Gynecology - Austin (Assistant Professor)

Summary

Location: Texas Children's Hospital - Austin

Position as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. The candidate will report directly to the Division of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.  

Job Duties: 

• Their primary clinical responsibility will be to provide Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology services at TCH Austin campus and area health clinics.  Between these sites, the candidate will cover four half-day sessions initially with the expectation of adding one more half-day clinic as their clinic sessions fill.
• The candidate will schedule one half day OR per week when cases arise, which can be scheduled to first come first serve time or OR block time as case counts justify.  We would expect that the candidate will also secure clinical privileges at the satellite TCH health centers to provide in-house consultation when required.

• The candidate will assist the Division of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology with call coverage at TCH Austin.  

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate is required to have an unrestricted Texas Medical license and be fully credentialed before starting employment.
