Department of Orthopedic Surgery is seeking a Podiatrist to provide excellent patient care and technical skills. Job Duties
- Develop and implement plans to ensure comprehensive, timely, and high-quality patient care services with maximum operating efficiency.
- Participate in College and Hospital community outreach activities to promote the Department, Division, BCM, and the medical center.
- Ensure safe and effective care for patients adhering to policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications, including time management, supply management, productivity, and accuracy of practice.
- Promote individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory and continuing education and skills competency.
- Support the Department, Baylor Medicine, and Hospital goals through active participation in committees, task forces, and other organizational initiatives that contribute to the success of the organization.
- Serve as a preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced faculty, staff, and learners.
