The Organizational Development Associate works in a fast-paced environment and is part of a highly-visible team challenged with developing and implementing important changes and pivotal programs. This role requires initiative, critical thought and exemplary communication skills.


This professional contributes to staff performance management, learning management and other key initiatives that maintain the College’s high standards and further organizational excellence.

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility of working three days from home and two days in the office. 

Job Duties

  • Assists with development and implementation of strategic Human Resources programs, and provides ongoing support as needed.
  • Assists with training instructional design, development, implementation and evaluation.
  • Collaborates with peers, various department SMEs and other College stakeholders to accomplish departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Provides direct support to OD and HR including, but not limited to, engaging stakeholder feedback, troubleshooting technical issues, systems testing, developing and/or administering program communications or logistics, and maintaining databases.
  • Conducts research; compiles and analyzes data; creates reports for management and other internal stakeholders.
  • Employs critical thinking to identify barriers or issues, and makes recommendations for process improvements and/or problem resolution.
  • Stays abreast of relevant internal policies, procedures and processes, and industry best practices.
  • Participates in special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three years of Human Resources experience specializing in organizational and/or employee development.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Technology (Performance Management, LMS, etc.).
  • Public speaking and/or presentations skills.
