Summary
The Cullen Eye Institute of Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a full-time faculty member that has completed a Glaucoma Fellowship to join our Ophthalmology Service at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated excellent clinical and surgical abilities in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma, including proficiency in advanced surgical techniques and laser therapies. A glaucoma specialist is uniquely qualified, having trained extensively in both the medical and surgical management of glaucoma. The candidate will improve and treat conditions related to glaucoma and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. The candidate must be committed to teaching and superior patient care.
Applicants must be board eligible or certified. Primary responsibilities for this position will include clinical, educational, and research duties at the Cullen Eye Institute and affiliated hospitals. There will be ample teaching and training opportunities with residents, fellows, and medical students. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
