Title: Molecular & Human Genetics Lee Lab (Assistant Professor)
Summary
An Assistant Professor is needed to support data analysis and sharing requirements related to the Lee lab RE-JOIN project, and coordinating Zebrafish experiments in the lab. Experience in confocal imaging and lightsheet fluorescence microscopy is essential, and expertise in post-acquisition image analysis (IMARIS, AMIRA, Arivis, ImageJ/Fiji, Neurolucida, etc.) is highly desirable. A background in zebrafish genetics is essential. In addition, the staff scientist will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with RE-JOIN's data coordination group and ensuring that all generated data adheres to the consortium's data and metadata standards.
