The Instructor will work on translational research using big sequencing data. He/She will develop  analysis pipelines on various Next generation sequencing (NGS) data for characterization of ocular genetic disease

This position will also focus on uncovering and characterizing functionally new sub-cell types in mouse Bipolar cells and limbal stem cells in human corneal tissue using single cell RNA-sequencing technique. The position will serve as a core staff for processing and analyzing many RNA and chromatin profiling data on single or a small number of cells using various sequencing platforms.
