Summary

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for the data integrity, calculation, reporting and analyzing of the new clinical compensation plan. Integral part in developing the financial and reporting aspects of the the clinical compensation process.
 

Job Purpose

Responsible for all the mission based reporting for a fully allocated model and is the Subject Matter Expert ("SME") for BCM for the calculation of the full allocation model, as well as the development of new methodology for all overhead costs.  Position is also the primary lead on the SAP reimplementation team for Budget and Planning, providing SME advice and input on processes, workflows, data inputs, financial controls and reporting from and to the planning process within the Budgeting module for the S4 Finance implementation.  Responsible for the communication of this information to all senior and executive leadership. Leads mission based reporting, Baylor Medicine (fka FGP) compensation plan, and financial statement development.

Job Duties

  • Prepares and analyzes financial reports which are published monthly and annually, including calculation of the fully allocation model
  • Serves as the financial point person for the financial segregation of the Faculty Group Practice from the rest of the College. Coordinated all aspects of the process with the Academic Departments, Accounting, Purchasing and IT.
  • Contributes to the Mission based reporting process including developing the process, collecting and consolidating data from across the College.
  • Responsible for managing budget accountability for staffing and team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Four years of relevant experience
