Summary
The Lead Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Neurology Residency Program. This role provides comprehensive coordination and oversight across all phases of the trainee experience, including recruitment, onboarding and orientation, educational program administration, curriculum monitoring and compliance, and graduation facilitation. The Lead Coordinator ensures that all program activities align with institutional policies and accreditation standards, contributing to the overall success and continuous improvement of the residency program.

Job Duties
- Collaborates regularly with multiple Program Directors and Associate Program Directors within the Neurology Division, maintaining consistent communication to support program operations, curriculum planning, and compliance initiatives.
- Manages resident schedules (rotations, clinics, electives, night/weekend call) Inputting overtime hours in success factors for residents supplemental pay.
- Monitors duty hours and compliance via MedHub or New Innovations.
- Coordinates faculty evaluations of residents and vice versa.
- Prepares onboarding/off boarding paperwork and credentialing documentation.
- Communicates policy updates, deadlines, and reminders.
- Tracks visa and licensure renewals.
- Troubleshoots access issues (e.g., EPIC, badge access, TCH/BCM system logins).
- Assigns and oversees tasks delegated to the Program Coordinator based on program priorities, workload distribution, and project timelines.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; four years of relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Two years of relevant experience.
