Job Title:  Lead Coordinator, Program Management

Salary Range:  $63,052 - $85,305
FLSA Status:  Nonexempt
Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Summary

Provides advanced administrative support and oversight for an education program, including undergraduate, graduate, residency, fellowship, clerkship, continuing medical education, or other College-affiliated education programs. 

Job Duties

  • Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations of an education program.
  • Supports achievement of strategic goals through the design, implementation and evaluation educational plans.
  • Oversees the trainee recruitment process and onboarding of new trainees.
  • Monitors and audits program activities to ensure compliance with applicable accrediting agency.
  • Creates, monitors, and tracks documentation of training and educational activities; may assist with grade or evaluation collection and submission.
  • Serves as a liaison for the education program with Undergraduate Medical Education (UME)/Graduate Medical Education (GME)/the Graduate School for Biomedical Sciences/the School of Health Professions/Student Affairs, internal departments, applicable external agencies, or trainees.
  • Schedules or coordinates lectures, evaluations, meetings, rounds, exams, seminars, training rotations, electives or special electives, duty/call schedules, ceremonies, or events.
  • Provides administrative support for the program director and assistant program director; including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and updating education materials.
  • Gathers and analyzes data including preparing reports.
  • May assist with program budget planning and monitoring.
  • May maintain and develop policies and procedures within the department.
  • Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.
  • Delegates tasks to others and is responsible for review of work.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; four years of relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
