Title:  Lead Coordinator, Patient Support Services

Job Purpose

Investigates patient complaints and resolves issues; follows up with patient regarding outcome. Provides financial support, including collecting daily cash, billing, and posting charges. 
 

Job Duties
  • Documents patient issues and resolutions in Epic.
  • Provides financial support, including collecting daily cash, billing, and posting charges.
  • Prepares monthly status reports.
  • Schedules patient appointments for office visits, surgeries, tests, or procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education Required: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience Required: Six years of relevant experience.
  • Certification/Licenses/Registration: None Required.
