Summary

Provides leadership in collaboratively developing, and contributes to ongoing implementation of program evaluation processes and learning and performance assessments.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership in collaboratively developing, and contributes to ongoing implementation of learning assessment and program improvement processes for medical education curriculum.
     
  • Works closely with medical school leadership in developing and implementing new performance assessment processes.
  • Serves on committees and teams tasked with designing and implementing assessment processes.
  • Collaborates with teams designing processes and infrastructure for data warehousing and performance outcomes dashboards.
  • Serves as a liaison between information technology specialists and medical education administrators to ensure data warehousing and performance dashboard projects move forward.
  • Provides oversight and management for program evaluation and learning assessment projects; coaches faculty, staff, and students on appropriate implementation and use of new assessment tools.
  • Collaborates with team members of the Division of Evaluation, Assessment, and Education Research in the ongoing implementation and improvement of program evaluation and learning assessment processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Six years of relevant experience.
