Summary

Lab helper job involves assisting scientists and technicians by preparing, cleaning and maintaining lab equipment and supplies, performing experiments to maintain the organized work environment. Be responsible for the assigned works and have the ability to cooperate with other members in the laboratory. This is a part-time position for 16 hours/week. 

Job Duties

• Prepares standard solutions that includes culture media, and refill distilled water for the lab use.
• Assists scientists and technicians by preparing, cleaning and maintaining lab equipment and supplies.
• Performs experiments to maintain the organized work environment.
• Helps with tissue processing and sectioning.
• Analyzes imaging data.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• No experience required.
