Summary

The intern/aide will receive training on basic molecular biology experiments, including immunoblotting, PCR, cell culture, cloning, and flow cytometry. This is part-time position, 20hours/week.

Job Duties

• Learns fundamental lab techniques.
• Understands the basic concept of the lab's research topics.
• Participates in the lab's research meetings.
• Engages in guided experimental practices.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in high school, trade/vocational school or higher education institution. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization and record keeping skills is desired.
• Basic knowledge in biology and genetics is a plus.
