Summary

Intern will be trained in functional interpretation of genetic information that includes confocal imaging and Imaging analysis, data interpretation from Western blot dataset and manuscript drafting and revisions. This is part-time position, 10 hours/week.

Job Duties

• Analyzes imaging data of PDE3A variant in cell lines for co-localization with ER markers.
• Creates figures and quantification from western blots.
• Drafts introduction, results and methods section of a PDE3A manuscript.
• Attends one on one meetings with PI and post-docs, lab meetings and departmental seminars. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in high school, trade/vocational school or higher education institution. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Biology experience is a plus.
• Wet lab experience and western blots is desired. 
• Has medical knowledge.
