Summary

An instructor position is available in the Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM). The candidate will join a highly dynamic group and be responsible work in the area of metabolomics and proteomics.

Job Qualifications:

•             A Ph.D. degree in chemistry/analytical chemistry with extensive experience in mass spectrometry.

•             At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Thermo Fusion Lumos Mass Spec

•             Having extensive experience in both metabolomics and proteomics

•             Having extensive understanding of mass spectrometers and being able to customize mass spectrometers

•             Extensive experience in programing and data analysis

•             Fluent in English and good at writing

•             Being organized and able to multitask
