The HRIS Associate will work collaboratively with SAP/IT and additional cross-functional stakeholders.


The HRIS Associate will support and manage a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) responsibilities. Including data integrity and maintenance, system upgrades/enhancements, system integrations, security permissions, process documentation development, functional technical design, cyclical business processes, advanced reporting, production support, troubleshooting issues, application configuration and release management.


This position is eligible to work a hybrid work schedule, working two days in the office and three days remotely.

Job Duties

  • Manage and support day to day HRIS operations including ongoing projects, enhancements, data/systems requests, production support, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and recommend HR system efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Support implementations and administration of new and existing HR technology.
  • Support HR data governance, including audits, and data validation.
  • Assist with HR data structures, report security roles across HR systems.
  • Enter employee data into various information systems and recall data as needed.
  • Prepare files for batch loading and ensure that all data is accurate and valid.
  • Assist with regulatory related data analysis.
  • Partner with HR team to understand business requirements around reporting, knowledge and workforce management, and administration to deliver required solutions.
  • Develop and execute batch processes for the College.
  • Train users and provide guidance on system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Respond to ServiceNow requests.
  • Maintain data integrity, design and run controls to resolve inconsistencies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Establish positive relationships and has strong verbal and written communication skills.
