Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Summary

The School of Health Professions is seeking a Coordinator, Program Management.

In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support for programs such as undergraduate, graduate, residency, fellowship, clerkship, and continuing medical education. This position will offer the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Duties

  • Assists with the trainee recruitment and interview process, including scheduling interviews and making travel arrangements for candidates. 
  • Assists with onboarding new trainees.
  • Coordinates clinical site onboarding, site and preceptor evaluations. 
  • Receives and responds to all requests for information regarding program. 
  • Schedules or coordinates lectures, evaluations, meetings, ceremonies, events, classroom reservations, and academic calendar, Proctors exams. 
  • Establishes and maintains trainee records.
  • Creates, monitors, and tracks documentation of training and educational activities; may assist with grade or evaluation submission.
  • Participates in planning and developing methods for program implementation and administration. 
  •  Responsible for program procurement and budget tracking.
  • May assist with trainee accreditation. 
  • Provides administrative support for the program director or other faculty, including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, preparing correspondence, answering phones, or greeting visitors. 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
