Responsible for data integrity in the College's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for faculty, staff, and trainee employment records. The ideal candidate will be customer centric with demonstrated attention to detail and organization. 

Job Duties

  • Processes employee transactions (Hires, Transfers, Change of Status, and Terminations) and maintains employee records in the HRIS. 
  • Ensures data accuracy in the HRIS.
  • Responds to HRIS data issues and end-users inquires.
  • Responds to employee profile updates and employment verifications.
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy of data for employees.
  • Ensures new hires have met their onboarding requirements and required paperwork completed; verifying departments have made the appropriate system entries for new hires. 
  • Reviews and process I-9 forms in accordance with federal laws.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Two years of experience in a HR environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
