Job Purpose

Performs general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and ordering supplies

Job Duties
  • Performs general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing documents, making travel arrangements and ordering supplies
  • Assists with the production of routine financial reports and documents
  • Prepares regular reports
  • Processes purchase orders, check requests, and cash reimbursements
  • Processes HR transactions for the department/section
  • Assists with credentialing, licensing renewal, and membership renewals
  • Assists with onboarding new team members (orders phone, office supplies, laptop/desktop, assists with parking, etc.)
  • Works with the Budget Office when Budget Revisions are needed for BIG and Mosaic Teams
  • Works with Facilities when needed
  • Orders/Creates products from Creative Services
  • Maintains the Outlook Administrator Calendar (update, input changes, add/delete info)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Required: Two years of relevant experience.
