Title: Coordinator, Accreditation
Summary
The School of Medicine is seeking a Coordinator, Accreditation to oversee and manage affiliation agreements, observerships, and external learners for the Schools of Medicine and Health Professions. In this role, the individual will be responsible for collecting all documents and information required for affiliation agreements for administrative and legal review, ensuring accuracy of all information and documents, ensuring timely review in relation to expiration dates, and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and efficient with strong organizational skills and have the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
Position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement after 90 days, to be determined.
Job Duties
• Acts as the central liaison to ensure proper paperwork is documented for observerships/outside learners, including but not limited to education affiliation agreements and senior designee approval.
• Maintains database of information for observerships, outside learners, and affiliation agreements.
• Files all executive agreements in the system.
• Coordinates work affiliation agreements from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and keeping all stakeholders apprised of the status.
• Responsible for collecting all documents and information required for affiliation agreement for legal signature.
• Maintains active agreements and coordinates renewals when necessary.
• Maintains current knowledge of process, principles, guidelines, procedures, and criteria for accreditation as it pertains to affiliation agreements.
• Addresseses affiliate concerns and escalates when needed to ensure continued engagement of affiliate.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- Four years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working with affiliation agreements and accreditation documents.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
