Summary

Supports the daily operations for a Hospital Based Clinical Department. Works closely with Director of Diagnostic Imaging Services at Affiliate Facilities to support process improvement and resolve service issues. Serve as the first point of contact for clinical service, systems, equipment and IT issues.

Job Purpose

Manage the daily operations of a clinic to ensure efficient clinic operations by implementing process improvement and patient satisfaction programs.  

Job Duties

Clinical Operations:

  • Department liaison for Rad Partners(RP) Affiliation Agreement and Hospital operations
  • Develops and produce reports on clinical performance indicators, analyze to develop strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinates with RP Business Director on Hospital services and Transition sites.
  • Collaborates with Hospital-CMO office to identify Key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilizes data analysis to support 90-day Performance Improvement Initiatives
  • Coordinate IT services (PACS Team) at BCM and at the Hospitals we provide services.
  • Supports Affiliate Facilities with the appropriate access to BCM PACs and other systems to support patient care workflow.
  • Ensures compliance of the clinical practice with all pertinent regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience Required: Two years of relevant experience.
  • Certification/Licenses/Registration: None Required. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer science education a plus.
  • Experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Knowledge and experience with EPIC, QGenda, database management, Microsoft applications
  • Ability to display professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to attend occasional early morning meetings.
  • Able to coordinate work between multiple locations.
