Faculty Positions in Center for Cancer Neuroscience 

 

We invite applications for faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level in the Center for Cancer Neuroscience, Department of Neurosurgery, at Baylor College of Medicine, located within the Texas Medical Center in Houston, a premier research and clinical environment. 

 

We are looking for individuals with expertise in brain tumors with an emphasis on the unique microenvironment of the brain and associate physiology. Key focus areas include: neuron-tumor interactions, tumor immunology, functional genomics, tumor modeling, brain physiology, electrophysiology, imaging, neural development, and vascular biology. Current faculty have complementary expertise in these areas and we are looking to expand the scope and synergies within this research space with founding of the inaugural Center for Cancer Neuroscience at the Baylor College of Medicine.
