Job Purpose

Detail-oriented Business Operations Associate needed for business operations in Ambulatory Operations-Hospital Based Service.

Job Duties


  • Assists with day-to-day operations, approving purchasing and employee expense (including travel) reimbursement activities for compliance with College policy.
  • Responsible for financial operations, including budget preparation and monitoring, preparing and creating financial reports, reconciling program accounts, clinical shift schedule reporting/utilization, clinical reimbursement/productivity reporting for programs and providers, and develop, track and analyze KPIs and Compensation Plan metrics.
  • Overseeing human resources strategy and operations, including faculty and staff recruitment workforce planning, faculty appointments/onboarding and promotions, and oversight/reconciliation of Supplemental Pay process.
  • May assist with or manage special projects.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • Experience/familiarity with MS Excel and accounting concepts.
Other Skills
  • Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving: incumbent will need to be/become proficient at understanding and communicating BCM policies to faculty and staff, find ways to suggest/implement appropriate solutions to issues to maintain operational efficiencies, be able to analyze current operations and suggest, craft, and implement improvements.
  • Client Service: incumbent will understand and appreciate that Hospital-based clinical services have Hospital as client/customer, while also understanding administrative responsibility to faculty providers as clients/customers.
  • Required proficiency in areas of accountability, collaboration, and communication skills.
