Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable temporary assistant to support our team by scanning and organizing physical documents into digital formats. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using scanning equipment, following file naming conventions, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
This is a temporary position and it is not eligible for benefits.
Job Duties
- Operates document scanners and related equipment
- Prepares documents for scanning (e.g., removing staples, sorting).
- Ensures scanned files are clear, complete, and correctly named.
- Organizes and stores digital files in designated folders.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles documents with care.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning software.
- Experience with Adobe.
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
