Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) is recruiting for a Chief of Surgical Pathology at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center (BSLMC), the flagship adult private academic hospital for Baylor College of Medicine.   The surgical pathology service handles approximately 20,000 surgical specimens per year that consist of a plethora of complex resections and biopsies.   BSLMC is a major solid organ transplant center as well with associated organ resections and biopsies.  BSLMC is one of a family of affiliated hospitals for BCM, itself an NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.  Subspecialty expertise is required in one or more areas of surgical pathology.

The successful candidate will be eligible for appointment at the associate professor rank or higher and have or be eligible for an unrestricted Texas medical license.  Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and academic rank.
