Department Summary

The Section of Developmental Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital is seeking a Clinician-Educator (Board Certified in Pediatrics) to join a rapidly growing service that is undergoing an exciting expansion of its clinical, education and research mission in a preeminent children's hospital and integrated pediatric healthcare system.

Position Description

This faculty position based at TCH-Woodlands will provide subspecialty developmental-behavioral consultations to infants, children, and adolescents referred to the Meyer Center for Developmental Pediatrics & Autism. This position provides a potential for a mixture of clinical, education and research opportunities, depending on the applicant's interest and experience. Successful candidates should be eligible for faculty appointments at Baylor College of Medicine at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: M.D. or equivalent.
  • Minimum Certification/Licensure: Licensed by the Texas Medical Board
  • Board-eligibility in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics (completion of three-year fellowship in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics)
