Summary
The Assistant Coordinator, Clinical Research will support ongoing research projects and provide general administrative assistance to the project team.
This is a part-time role without benefits, with standard hours.
Job Duties
- Provide research support for ongoing projects, including organizing project files, scheduling project activities and meetings, and taking meeting minutes.
- Assist with project databases by tracking and reporting on project components to ensure timelines are followed and deadlines are met.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews in the areas of bioethics, social science, and health policy.
- Support qualitative and quantitative research data coordination and management, including contacting research participants, collecting data, and performing data cleaning.
- Assist with document preparation and reference management for publications.
- Attend project meetings.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- No experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and efficient, with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of flexibility in accepting work assignments, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, understand workflows, and resolve issues independently.
