The Children's Nutrition Research Center is seeking an Assistant Coordinator, Clinical Research. The Assistant Coordinator will fill multiple roles critical to the successful completion of research studies and will act independently but work in a coordinated and cooperative fashion with other team members. They may work remotely but be able to meet deadlines, work efficiently, and accurately. 

Job Duties

  • Calls and emails research participants.
  • Prepares and sends research booklets to participants.
  • Schedules couriers for home collection kit deliveries and pickups.
  • Conducts BASC-3 phone interviewer with research participants.
  • Sends out BASC-3 Surveys from the Pearson Q-Global System.
  • Generates and uploads summary reports for the BASC-3.
  • Prepares and uploads research participant information in the Clincard system.
  • Mails research participants and adds funds to Clincard cards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • No experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some post-high school education preferred.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer use e.g. Microsoft Office, moving files, saving files preferred.
