CAGT's GMP laboratory is for clinical grade processing of cells and materials for use in human. It is operated on strict compliance to SOP and all clinical governing entities' requirements. We need to have this role to ensure all samples and documentations get to appropriate places at the required time. This position will also take part in assisting all documentations to be done expeditiously, including data entry, copying, filing of clinical information and personnel training binders. This is a critical part of the overall process to ensure the technical staff and management have the necessary time to prepare for clinical processing and audit preparation.

Job Duties

  • Escort department visitors to scheduled appointments. 
  • Deliver and pick-up samples from hospitals and/or labs as required. 
  • Deliver and pick-up mails from various buildings within the Medical Center as required. 
  • Provide telephone coverage, which includes answering telephones, routing calls appropriately, and taking messages when necessary. 
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Generate shipping labels as needed. 
  • Maintain filing systems. 
  • Order supplies for the department or sort and inventoried supplies as they come in. 
  • Facilitate service calls for equipment and/or housekeeping as necessary. 
  • Provide clerical and data entry assistance to ensure required information is accurately input into appropriate databases.
  • Accurately input data into Quality Control / Quality Assurance databases. 
  • Assist in inventory control or audits for expired supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • No experience is required.
